We believe that a sound nutritional approach is a core component of living a happy, healthy life. Whether it’s knowing what to eat, when to eat, or how much to eat – it’s easy to become overwhelmed with trying to eat the right way. We provide our members with the expert advising and skills that are needed to overcome these nutritional barriers.

Chrys Zellers

Chrystyna Zellers BS RDN LD

Chrystyna Zellers RDN LD is a Registered Licensed Dietitian and Nutritionist with a Bachelors in Biology from Bowling Green State University and a Bachelors in Dietetics and Nutrition from Youngstown State University. She has also completed Masters work in Zoology at The Ohio State University. Healthy eating and exercise have always been a personal interest , with a strong belief that these were an important part of good health and disease prevention. Chrys has been a practicing dietitian for twelve years. 


Emily Workman

Emily Workman BS RDN LD

Emily Workman RDN LD is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who received her degree from Brigham Young University in Nutrition and Dietetics in Provo, Utah. She continued her training to become a Registered Dietitian at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, Ohio. She continues her education through various lectures and studying the latest research and advances in food, nutrition and nutrition therapy. She is experienced in working with a wide variety of nutritional needs, including weight loss, disordered eating, diabetes and kidney disease. She also has seen clients in a wide variety of settings, including hospitals, residential treatment, outpatient medical offices, and private settings.

Emily has a passion for providing individualized nutrition counseling that accomplishes health goals and fits into each person’s unique circumstances. She also is experienced in working with the psychology of eating and uses that to help clients overcome barriers to change and experience lasting success. She loves working with a diverse population of clients and enjoys being part of their exciting journey to achieve their health and wellness goals.

Take your First Step toward a healthier lifestyle. 

 8 Week Program Includes:

  • 3 Individual nutrition sessions with our Registered Dietitian Nutritionist
  • 6 Weekly group nutrition education classes led by our Registered Dietitian Nutritionist
  • 2 Individual sessions with our Certified Personal Trainer
  • 14 Small group personal training sessions with our Certified Personal Trainers
  • 2 months Sequoia Wellness membership
  • Plus an additional 2 months of group support after the program
  • Open to ALL: members & non-members

Nourish & Move Events

Join us for our “Nourish your Body and Move with Meaning” events throughout the year at Sequoia Wellness and in the community. These events are FREE and open to the public.
